Skiwo AS provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for businesses, including WorkKindly. The specific features and functionality available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

5. Acceptable Use

Our services are intended solely for lawful business purposes. You agree not to use the service to:

6. Monitoring, Logging, and Enforcement

• Report illegal activity to relevant authorities
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations, including Norwegian police and international bodies such as Europol

7. Intellectual Property

The WorkKindly platform and its underlying technology are owned by Skiwo AS and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the service. By uploading content, you grant Skiwo AS a limited licence to store and deliver that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Skiwo AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data may be retained as required by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Oslo, Norway.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
